Techniques and Methodologies for Studying Technology Use 'In the Wild': Call for Participation
We invite 2-4 page position papers. Paper presentations will be 20 minutes in length with good time for discussion. Work-in-progress is very welcome.

Participation is limited to 30 participants. Papers will be circulated beforehand.

Suitable topics for papers could include:

· The recruitment and retention of participants
· Innovative means of engaging users of technology
· Innovative means of capturing data
· Long-term engagement of users of technology
· Ethical and Intellectual Property issues arising from research involving a cohort of participants
· Appropriating new or existing technologies for new forms of data collection
· Optimising data quality from a cohort of participants
· Opportunities and costs of sustained interventions
· Methods and methodologies for user-driven data capture
